The fresh scent of cinnamon transforms the plum wine into a drink of a different level and is magical. The potential of spiced shochu is unrivalled by the growing popularity of spiced curry. This Shinamon Ume is an easy pairing for Singaporean cuisine.
Surrounded on by the mountains of Kyushu, the misty Yamagato region is fed by the steep Ryukyu Kuma River which cuts through the mountains.
